Changes to Board Committee membership
Mitchells & Butlers announces the following changes to membership of its Board Committees:
Tony Bates has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee;
Further to his appointment as Chairman of the Company on 30 November 2009, Simon Laffin has now replaced Drummond Hall as Chairman of the Nomination Committee. In addition Simon Laffin is no longer a member of the Audit Committee.
Following these changes Board Committee membership is as follows:
