- It only takes a few moments to sign up and is completely secure. Make sure you have your shareholder number to hand. It's the eight-digit number found on your dividend tax voucher, share certificate, proxy form and/or Share Incentive Plan form of instruction.   Shareholders who don't respond to such mailings automatically receive hard copy notification of the availability of shareholder communications on our website.
- Yes. We use software to encrypt any personal data transferred between our site and your internet browser.
- Yes – at any time up until the closing time of the service. To change your voting instruction, you just need to log back in to the voting site and record your new choices.
- You will receive an electronic acknowledgement of your vote from Equiniti at the end of the voting process.

  *Lines are open 8.30am to 5.30pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
- Electronic voting (e-voting) is cost effective and lowers the impact on the environment because printed materials are reduced. It allows shareholders to register their voting instruction online through our Registrar's website, www.sharevote.co.uk. Voting online only takes a few minutes and is as secure as voting by post.
