O'Neill's raise £45,000 for Cash for Kids
Irish dancers join the jig to fundraise during the St Patrick's Day celebrations
As part of its St Patrick's Day celebrations O'Neill's Irish jigged its way from Aberdeen to Bournemouth and all the pubs in between, to raise over £45,000 for Cash for Kids.
Irish dancers took to the streets of Leicester, Oxford, Glasgow and Liverpool to raise money during O'Neill's nationwide St Patrick's Day celebrations. The fundraising took place across three days, with dancers encouraging over 1500 people to "Join our Jig" and perfect the Galway Reel.
The money raised will support Cash for Kids, a network of independently registered, local charities which operate across 20 local areas within the UK. The charity work to deliver initiatives for sick and underprivileged children in our communities, to benefit local children and give the neediest a better and brighter future.
