We are delighted to announce Mitchells & Butlers has been listed as a UK Top Graduate Employer for the second year running, in the TheJobCrowd ranking for 2014/2015.
The annual JobCrowd listing is based entirely on thousands of reviews written by graduates in the first three years of work at hundreds of UK graduate employers. Mitchells & Butlers has ranked 59th from 100 best companies graduates can work for and topped the listing within the Leisure & Hospitality sector.
The graduates rated Mitchells & Butlers across nine categories from 'Colleagues' to 'Career Progression' and are the only graduate employer rankings based on graduate employee experience, rather than student perception.
