Our employees

We think it should be easy for our employees to tell us if they think something could or should be done better. So we help them give us their feedback in a number of ways including team or shift meetings in pubs and restaurants, employee feedback surveys (at all levels and for all roles), our retail employee website, our corporate intranet site or the annual Business Forum.

We launched "What's the Big Idea?" which was a Company-wide initiative encouraging employees to submit their ideas for improving the business environmentally, financially or otherwise.

If an employee has a more serious concern they can submit a grievance. If they're concerned about someone's behaviour or how business is being conducted, they can also call our whistle-blower line.
