FAQs

When can I film in your restaurants or pubs?

The best time is when the restaurant or pub is least busy, so if you're able to film outside the main trading hours of lunchtime and evening, that will be easier to arrange.

What kind of filming is sometimes allowed?

If you want to film something involving a small group, such as an interview between two people or a short scene with only a few actors and a minimal camera crew, we may be able to help.

Please bear in mind that we're unlikely to be able to accommodate a filming request for following a group of people on a night out for example, as we believe our other customers could be affected.

I'd like to use one of your restaurants or pubs for a photo shoot. Is that okay?

From time to time we allow a whole restaurant or pub to be taken over for the purposes of a photo shoot or filming, dependent upon the individual business and the length of time required. A location charge is usually made in these circumstances.

We'd like to ask your customers some questions and film their responses. Would that be okay?

We're sorry, but this is unlikely to be possible, as we believe that most of our customers want to enjoy their visit to our restaurants and pubs without being bothered by anyone.
