We serve around 140 million meals and 430 million drinks each year.
We're a major funder of the Drinkaware Trust.
13.9 million litres
We have reduced water wastage in our toilets and generated an annual consumption saving of 13.9 million litres.
Our mineral salt will help us remove over 16.8 tons of salt from our guests' diet.
Around 1,500 learners have completed a vocational apprenticeship with us in 2015.

The company originated in 1898 and therefore we have over 100 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
We use 100% British Beef in Miller & Carter.
Last year we created c. 1,400 new jobs.
We are working in partnership with Believe in Young People to offer 200 work experience placements.
We're a major funder of Drinkaware. The Trust's aim is to promote responsible drinking by finding innovative ways to challenge the national drinking culture.
