Property management and investment are key to our growth
Mitchells and Butlers Property Department manage the property related activities of our 1,700 restaurants and pubs and advise the board. Their main areas of responsibility are asset management, brand growth strategies; expansionary investment, acquisition, property development and transaction activity.
They are also responsible for overseeing and advising on our construction and maintenance programmes. These include; new builds, conversions, major refurbishment; building policy and maintenance and compliance activities.
The Property team also source additional or replacement suppliers and contractors.

The acquisitions team are growing our estate by identifying new opportunities across our market-leading pub and restaurant brands.
We are seeking prominent, accessible pubs for sale with high footfall and/or high traffic flows. These can be standalone or in-line units, from 300 sqm upwards, or development sites of c.1 acre, as well as existing restaurants and pubs.
