The Company is committed to operating and conducting its business in such a way that human rights are respected and protected. Mitchells & Butlers will not permit or condone any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking. In accordance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act, in September 2021 the Board reviewed, updated and approved the Company’s Modern Slavery Act compliance statement which was signed on behalf of the board by Phil Urban.
