Mitchells & Butlers plc is the UK's largest operator of managed restaurants, pubs and bars. It listed on the London Stock Exchange in April 2003 and is a member of the FTSE 250.

The company is pleased to announce that paper discount vouchers were again issued this year and were posted towards the end of December.

Various terms and conditions apply to the qualification for, and use of, the vouchers.

Qualifying date and other questions

The record date for the shareholder vouchers changes every year in line with the posting date of the Annual Report. In order to ensure you receive shareholder vouchers, we recommend that you ensure your shares are included either on the Equiniti register or that of your nominee, by no later than 20 November of a particular year, in time to be included in the December Annual Report mailing.

Various terms and conditions apply to the qualification for, and use of, the vouchers.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM establishes a valuable dialogue between all shareholders, members of the company and other relevant parties, providing opportunities to discuss performance and strategies for future growth. A Q&A session is also conducted, where areas of concern or query can be addressed through insightful responses.
