Ashdale beef voted World's best

Ashdale cattle are raised near Bath on lush West Country grass and cereals and all of Miller & Carter's steaks are sourced there.

Recently, an independent panel of leading chefs and food journalists, organised by Belgium's 'Cook Magazine', decided that Ashdale beef tastes the best after comparing blind the finest rib-eye steaks from around the world.

The judges said the steaks were "very tender with lots of character and excellent texture" and had "succulent fat and pronounced taste".

Miller & Carter Brand Manager Louisa Gillie said: "This is terrific recognition from the people who know about great food. The whole of the Miller & Carter team share the passion of British farmers for producing the best."
