A few recommendations

We've brought back an oldie but definitely a goodie. Baked cheddar mushrooms - a taste so good we've made it our signature starter.

Or go for our new bourbon-glazed pork belly bites to start, before diving into one of our new main courses, such as the chilli and lemon roast Shropshire chicken or the maple-glazed lamb rump. The lamb is wonderful teamed up with our Marqués de Riscal rioja.

Something new to top your steak experience

As if our sauces weren't already enough to set off our 28-day matured British cuts to perfection, there's now a choice of blue cheese or olive tapenade butter too. When that butter melts into those steak juices, something remarkable happens; and it's even better with one of our carefully chosen wine pairings.

Something lighter?

If you fancy a lighter meal or are vegetarian, we don't offer you second-best choices. Our feta and roasted vegetable antipasti is full of flavour, while our chilli, garlic and rosemary baked seabass works perfectly with a crisp pinot grigio.

Sweet endings

Just when you think you couldn't eat another bite, along comes the dessert menu to test your willpower. We've added new sweet treats to what was already an irresistible line-up, so resistance is futile. Think you can turn down a chocolate and raspberry pot or a sticky date and ginger pudding? You'll find yourself with a spoon in your hand before you know it.

So are you ready to take the steak experience to the next level? Book online at your nearest Miller & Carter steakhouse to be sure of a seat, or just pop in and we'll do our best to find you a table.
