It's new menu time. So make a date for lunch or dinner at your nearest Miller & Carter and discover what's cooking.

We've crafted some fresh new dishes to sit alongside steakhouse classics. You'll also find some new healthier sides, perfect for springtime eating. And stand by to welcome back a few old favourites...

Our steaks get saucy

You'll be pleased to know all of our 28-day aged West Country steaks are still pride of place on the main menu. But now all cuts, whether you choose an 8oz rump or a 14oz porterhouse, come with one of our brilliant sauces - at no extra charge*.

Discover new dishes

New to our daytime menu is steak frites, a French bistro classic that's ideal for lunch - as are the Gloucester Old Spot sausages with caramelised onion mash. For dinner, we recommend our succulent lamb cutlets or delicate calves' liver. And we challenge you to resist our mac & cheese, an indulgent new side dish and a perfect partner for your preferred steak.

Vegetarian? There's a new option to discover on our burger menu. Or go for something completely different, like pumpkin and sage girasoli. Plus, don't forget to look out for our specials - your server will give you all the delicious details.

Go back in time

We've got dishes that people miss, so we've rewound and put a few favourites back on the menu. Why not savour our spinach, mozzarella and artichoke dip once again, or relax with some chicken soup for the soul?

Lighter but just as tasty

It's good to take it a little easy once in a while. You can now swap your chips and onion loaf for virtuous new potatoes and a healthy tomato & red onion salad. The 'bad' news is that there's always room for dessert...
