New menus from ONeills, Sizzling Pub Co., Vintage Inns and Ember Inns

Several Mitchells & Butlers brands have recently launched new menus perfect for every occasion, including light bites, sharing plates, hearty main meals, desserts and thirst-quenching summer drinks.

O'Neill's

To celebrate the arrival of spring, O'Neill's has launched its latest ‘Taste of Ireland' menu featuring a host of new choices including Limerick ham and Irish cheddar quiche and a classic Ploughman's salad complete with a wedge of mature Irish cheddar and soda bread. 

Guests looking for hearty dishes can enjoy the new 8oz Irish sirloin steak burger, or lamb shank or ham hock served on a bed of mashed potato with fresh seasonal vegetables and gravy.  Alternatively there's a new Surf 'n' Turf option - which includes a steak served with a skewer of king prawns - or grilled halibut steak served with chips, peas and Ballymaloe Irish tomato relish.

To complement the menu, O'Neill's has some new additions to its already extensive range of international beers and ciders, including Smithwicks Irish Red Ale and draught Magners cider, both of which are currently only available at O'Neill's.

Sizzling Pub Co.

Sizzling Pub Co.'s new menu includes 25 new dishes, meaning there really is something for all guests to enjoy.

Light options include king prawn skewers with garlic butter and smoked haddock fishcakes.  There's also a refreshing chicken and mango salad, perfect with a glass of rosé on a sunny afternoon. 

Due to the popularity of its tandoori chicken option, Sizzling Pub Co. has added jalfrezi chicken to its menu alongside smothered chilli chicken - each served sizzling every time. 

But Sizzling Pub Co. is most famous for its steaks and its offer has been increased with a new range of 'topped' steaks.  Guests can choose from tex mex, tikka or bbq sauces smothered on a rump, sirloin or rib eye steak.

Vintage Inns

Vintage Inns' new menu is packed full of delicious freshly cooked dishes, complemented by an excellent range of refreshing summer drinks.

Brand new dishes include buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil salad, grilled oriental sea bass fillets, and marinated lamb cutlets, plus established favourites such as the famous open chicken pie and sausages and mash.

The range of daily specials has also been increased, with an exciting selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes that are changed every day.

For the thirsty, there's a new summer drinks range including refreshing summer cordials and long drinks - the perfect recipe for those long summer days!

Ember Inns

Ember Inns' latest menu launches on 21 April with a host of new dishes including Thai green chicken skewers, macaroni cheese, and a fish platter - comprising king prawns, scampi, salmon fillet, crab meat and crayfish tails.

Other new dishes to tempt guests include an antipasti platter, Thai green prawn curry and crayfish and crab salad.  For dessert, new additions include Banoffee Pie and fresh fruit salad.

Guests visiting their local Ember Inn on a Tuesday evening can enjoy a Grill Night, with a Spice Route Curry Night every Thursday evening.
