New seasonal menu has arrived

Spring is the time to come out of your shell - to experience new flavours and seek out new adventures. This season you'll find both at your nearest Vintage Inn. Our fabulous new menu is for a season of great walks and unforgettable views.

Our new menu is bursting with colour and flavour. It's the menu to fuel a season of carefree living.

Eat well to live well

Rain or shine, there's a dish on our new menu to put a smile on your face. From Vintage Classics to seasonal favourites, this is food to please your heart.

  • Pan-Fried Rolled Belly of Pork with an apple, pistachio and apricot stuffing, served with lemon-scented crushed baby potatoes, Bury black pudding, seasonal vegetables and a piquant sauce
  • Fillet of Sea Bass on lemon-scented crushed baby potatoes, with Mediterranean vegetables, tender-stem broccoli, tomato and olive sauce
  • Beetroot Tart Tatin, roasted beetroot cooked in a sweet glaze on butter puff pastry, topped with a soft goat's-cheese curd, served with dressed salad leaves (V)
  • Duck, Cherry and Pomegranate Salad, warm confit duck leg, shredded on a salad of mixed leaves, spring onions, cucumber and pomegranate with a cherry and maple dressing.

There are salads, steaks, burgers, and sharing platters - enough choice to satisfy the hungriest long-distance walkers, the most demanding business lunchers, and the most devoted date-night couples.

Lunches and light bites

Not everyone wants a big meal. Sometimes a light lunch and a seat in the sun is all you need. Our new menu takes care of that. There are lighter versions of our main menu favourites, spicy finger foods, and sandwiches that seem to reinvent the concept.

  • Butcher's Choice Sausage and Mash: two British Althams butcher's choice sausages, served with mash, gravy and home-made beer-battered onion rings.
  • Barbecue Sticky Chicken Pizzetta: sticky barbecue roast chicken, sweetcure bacon and Isle of Man Cheddar baked on a hand-rolled dough served with crispy slaw.
  • Spiced Vegetable Tortilla Wrap: aubergine, spinach and kidney beans in North African spices, served in a pan fried Tortilla with salad garnish and garbanzo dip (V)
