Our remuneration policy is due for approval at the 2021 AGM and over the course of 2020 the Committee has undertaken a comprehensive review. However, the Committee has concluded that more time is needed to ensure that the new policy is fit for purpose in the context of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the continuing challenges and uncertainties in the operating environment. Over the coming weeks it is our intention to consult with shareholders and investor groups and feedback from this process will be taken into account in determining our remuneration policy for shareholder approval. Full details of the proposed policy will then be included in the Notice of Meeting for the 2021 AGM which is due to be held on 24 March 2021.
