NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Kevin Todd (a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility) yesterday increased his holding in the Company's shares through the exercise of Executive Share Options. Mr Todd sold only sufficient of the shares under option in order to finance the costs of exercise, including any resultant tax and National Insurance liabilities arising on exercise. Full details of the option exercises are given below:

All of Mr Todd's shares, other than those awarded under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (2,254 shares), were transferred to his wife, Denise Todd, for nil consideration on 24 February 2010.
