Mitchells & Butlers plc announces that a circular has today been posted to shareholders giving notice that a General Meeting will be held at The Royal College of Surgeons of England, 35-43 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2A 3PE on Thursday 29 July 2010 at 2.00pm.
