Featuring a new, modern, city centre style, whilst still preserving all the parts of Miller & Carter we know and love, the refreshed steakhouse brings a new look to Cardiff city centre.
Located in The Hayes, the restaurant reopened to the public Friday 5th August, with work having commenced from Monday 4th July.
The steakhouse seats over 200 people in a mix of bar and restaurant covers, with an additional external terraced seating area. What’s more, the restaurant’s bar area has increased in size, allowing guests to experience casual dining for the first time with an exclusive bar menu.
At the new look Miller & Carter Cardiff Hayes, guests can enjoy carefully sourced beef that has been awarded with ‘The Masters of Steak’ accreditation from Craft Guild of Chefs, butchered and cooked to guests’ exacting standards.
Plus, available for a limited time only to celebrate their relaunch, the restaurant will be serving a Côte de Boeuf sharing experience featuring their luxury 28oz beef, accompanied with a bottle of Argentinian Malbec, charred hispi cabbage, truffle oil infused mac & cheese and garlic button mushrooms.
There are plenty of other indulgent dining options for guests to enjoy including Box-Baked Camembert and a Crispy Pork Belly Bao Bun for starters, and award-winning steak and 30 Day Aged Prime Steak Burgers for mains.
Guests can complement their meal with an array of expertly mixed cocktails and gins, including two new cocktails and three new gin twists that are only available at Cardiff Hayes. The new cocktails are Pink Grapefruit Gimlet and Summer Fruits Meringue Martini and the new gin twists are Citrus Squeeze, Pink Blush and Elderflower Garden.
What’s more, Miller & Carter Cardiff Hayes will now be able to offer wine lovers their fine wines by the glass, rather than only by the bottle, thanks to Coravin’s preservation wine system. The premium wines available include Lucente Organic Super Tuscan Italy (red), Domaine Latour-Giraud, Cuvee Charles Maxime, Mersault, Burgundy, France (white) and Whispering Angel France (rosé).
