The award win comes following years of dedication and hard work by the team to bring world-class steaks to the heart of Miller & Carter. As Masters of Steak, Miller & Carter is committed to pursuing the perfect steak. From farm to fork, only the finest, most flavourful steaks make the cut.
The winners were crowned at a special dinner held in November following a two-day judging process by more than 100 judges held in September at Vlees & Co steakhouse in Amsterdam.
Miller & Carter is proud to boast that all its beef is carefully and ethically sourced from trusted farmers and its chefs are trained at its very own ‘steak school’, so they’re the experts in how to prepare and cook each cut to exactly how a customer likes it.
Daniel Wilkes, Divisional Food Development Manager - Premium Division, commented: “Our passion for great steak drives everything we do, from rearing cattle to the meticulous methods we use to age, cut, and cook our exquisite steaks. This expertise is passed on to our passionate chefs during their training at Miller & Carter Steak School.
“With such tough competition, this award win is a testament to our commitment to serving world-class steaks to our guests by our Master of Steak, providing a truly indulgent and luxurious steak experience.”

The World Steak Challenge was launched in 2015 to deliver a recognised stamp of quality to support world-class steak production on a global platform. Steak producers from across the world are given a unique opportunity to benchmark product quality, breed credentials and processing standards on the international stage.
