Mitchells & Butlers’ apprenticeship programme is officially award-winning after it was rated as the Number One Apprenticeship Employer by the British Government for its outstanding commitment to apprenticeships.
Taking first position out of 100 companies for 2025, Mitchells & Butlers came out top in front of Amazon, Whitbread and McDonalds. The full list of rankings can be found here.
Employers were ranked based on their overall commitment to employing apprentices, the diversity of their apprentices, whether their apprentices achieve, along with reviews from the apprentices themselves. 100% of apprentices at Mitchells & Butlers would recommend the company as a great place to work.
