Here at Miller & Carter, we want you to enjoy steak just as much as we do, which is why all the beef we use is premium-graded and matured for at least 30 days. Our in house steak geeks will be more than happy to guide you through the menu, which offers a range of tempting fish dishes and handmade burgers, alongside our finest cuts.

- We sell over 1 million steaks a year
- All the beef we serve is traceable from field to fork
- Most of our premium-graded beef is sourced from carefully selected cattle reared on sustainable British & Irish farms
- All our beef is hand cut by our master butchers
- All our beef is aged on the bone for a minimum of 7 days, then matured for a further 21
- All our managers and chefs attend a two-day 'Steak School' starting at the farm and ending in the kitchen
